The S.I.M.E.S. S.r.l. was established in July 1986 with the first company name Blinservice initially operating as a partner of Blindart Pomezia S.p.A. for access control installation and maintenance service. Over time, thanks to the acquisition of greater experience and expertise, it has become a leading company in the passive safety sector.
In 1989 the company name changed to S.I.M.E.S. S.r.l. – Italian Maintenance and Safety Society – operates in the sector on a professional level throughout the national territory, stipulates maintenance and assistance contracts with the most prestigious credit institutions, collaborates with numerous authorized assistance centers carefully chosen and trained by its highly qualified personnel.
In 1998 it split from Blindart Pomezia and became the total property of Mr. Attilio Fraticelli.
In 1999 he moved his legal and operational headquarters, he obtained the qualification under Law 46/90 letters A, B, C thanks to which he could expand the business by combining the marketing and maintenance of anti-robbery compasses of all brands with the execution of works regulatory compliance of electrical systems. At the same time he also opens the showroom in Rome and also directs the activity towards the sector of armored doors and windows for civil use, expands the production range with works in aluminum and iron, gratings and security shutters and diversifies the type of clientele offering its services also to the most important turnkey companies and architectural firms.
In 2000, he began marketing high-quality PVC window and door frames, mainly addressing the private sector, also carrying out the procedures for obtaining the tax deduction provided for by the law on behalf of customers and advising on the best possible solutions for each individual context.
In 2003 it moved to a new operational headquarters of its own, in Ardea (Rome). It carries out external fitting out works for banks and other structures, also thanks to the know-how gained over time which has made it possible to outline an organization that is increasingly suitable for the security sector.
In 2004 it became the official sponsor of a women's basketball team and a men's soccer team, demonstrating the company's interest in sporting activity intended as a moment of aggregation and socialization and as a basis for fundamental values such as friendship and cooperation.
In 2006 it obtained the ISO 9001:2000 quality certification which strengthens the already solid foundations for the further development of the company.
In 2010 it obtained the SOA category OS6 class III certification which allows it to participate in tenders called by public bodies.
In 2012, he installed photovoltaic panels in his factory to exploit solar energy to produce the electricity needed to power the factory equipment. A conscious choice towards respecting and safeguarding the surrounding environment with the achievement of numerous advantages such as independence from fossil fuels (exhaustible sources) and the use of clean and renewable resources.
The over 25 years of activity, the constant growth in terms of experience and competence have led S.I.M.E.S. S.r.l. to become an important national company in the field of passive safety, a point of reference for professionals in the banking sector and for numerous design studios as well as being a cornerstone for the private sector in the Rome area.
