ORDER PAYMENT METHODS

By making a purchase on shop.simes-sicurezza.com, you can choose to pay as follows:


A) Advance bank transfer

By making a purchase on shop.simes-sicurezza.com you can choose to pay by bank transfer in advance. The account will be indicated by shop.simes-sicurezza.com once the order has been placed.
The description must indicate the following data:
- Name and surname, name or company name of the person issuing the order
- Order number
- Order date

The transfer must be made within three working days of receiving the e-mail certifying receipt of the order. The Customer must provide proof of the bank transfer order by sending a copy to shop.simes-sicurezza.com - by email to the address info@shop.simes-sicurezza.com - within three working days. The crediting of the transferred amount to the account must take place within five working days of receiving the e-mail certifying receipt of the order. Once one of the three terms mentioned above has expired in vain, the order will be considered automatically canceled and will not be processed.
Once the bank transfer has been credited within the term, your order will be executed within the times relating to the delivery area.
Once the goods have been delivered to the customer, the fiscal document will be sent by e-mail.

Credit Card/Rechargeable Cards

The description must indicate the following data:
- Name and surname, name or company name of the person issuing the order
- Order number
- Order date

Any refunds will be made by shop.simes-sicurezza.com

SHIPMENTS IN ITALY AND OTHER COUNTRIES

Delivery
methods Delivery is made by a courier appointed by shop.simes-sicurezza.com:

  • delivery is provided for parcels up to 100 KG;
  • there is no telephone notice from the Courier;
  • the customer is solely responsible for the truthfulness and correctness of the information provided to shop.simes-sicurezza.com requested by the latter through the site and undertakes to promptly communicate any changes to the data entered.
  • for the goods that cannot be delivered to the Customer for any reason not attributable to the carrier and the sender, as well as for the goods awaiting instructions from the customer, the courier will take care of the custody and the courier's storage costs will be charged to the customer upon delivery of the goods;
  • in the event of a negative result, after three days from the passage for delivery, the order will be deemed canceled due to the impossibility of carrying out the delivery.

The cancellation of the order will be communicated by shop.simes-sicurezza.com to the Customer via e-mail.
Any amount already paid by the Customer will be returned to him, with the deduction of all expenses incurred.

Complaints
In the presence of the courier, we invite you to check that:

  • the number of packages delivered corresponds to what is indicated on the waybill (delivered by the Courier);
  • the packaging is not visibly damaged, tampered with, wet, too light or otherwise altered in the sealing materials (customized adhesive tape);
  • always put your signature on the document given to you by the courier, with the wording "RECEIVED WITH RESERVE" next to it, describing the reason directly on the delivery document (e.g. accepted with reserve due to missing package, crushed, broken or broken cardboard packages, etc). We remind you that if the signature is affixed without contesting any damages, the Courier is relieved of any responsibility for damages that occurred during transport. The responsibility will fall on shop.simes-sicurezza.com which will have to pay for the damages caused by others. Therefore it is recommended in the event that there is even a single suspicion of a damage or a lack, to sign with "received with reservations".
  • in the event that you have verified damage or a problem with the package (and you have signed with "Receipt with reserve") send us a communication within three days of receipt of the goods, through the means of communication indicated in the right of withdrawal art. 1.


Delivery
Unpacking, (The packaging must be kept by the customer in case he wishes to exercise the right of withdrawal).
Deliveries of goods are understood to be made on the recipient's ground floor (accessible to normal means of transport).

Delivery
times Delivery times depend on the destination of the order, the payment methods and the availability of the product. Orders with cash payment, PayPal, are entrusted to the Courier on the working day following the order confirmation. Orders with payment by bank transfer are entrusted to the Courier respectively the day following the receipt of the payment in the bank.

Shipping to Italy
From the delivery of the goods to the Courier, the following delivery times to the Customer start:

  • 24 hours (1 working day) for Lombardy, Piedmont, Valle D'Aosta, Liguria, Veneto, Trentino Alto Adige, Friuli Venezia Giulia, Emilia Romagna, Tuscany, Umbria, Marche, Lazio, Abruzzo, Molise, Campania, Basilicata and Puglia.
  • 48 hours (2 working days) for Sicily, Sardinia and Calabria.
  • 72 hours (3 working days) for locations that are more difficult to reach (eg: mountain resorts, smaller islands, extreme suburbs or disadvantaged areas).

Delivery times are in any case indicative and not binding for shop.simes-sicurezza.com. The Courier carries out the following delivery days: from Monday to Friday.

It is not possible to choose a precise time for delivery. No deliveries are made on public holidays and days before public holidays.

Delivery costs in Italy and in other countries
Delivery costs are charged to the customer and will be calculated based on the weight and volume of the items ordered and the destination.
If the goods ordered from shop.simes-sicurezza.com were to be delivered outside Italy, you may be subject to import duties and taxes, payable once the package reaches the specified destination. Any additional customs clearance costs will be at your expense. We have no control over these costs and cannot predict their amount. Customs policies vary considerably from country to country and you should therefore contact your local customs office for more information. Please also bear in mind that when you place orders on the Site, you are considered as an importer and are therefore required to comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you will receive the goods.

In case of refusal of the order upon delivery or payment of any taxes or duties, the package may be returned to us and we will be charged in addition to the cost of shipping the goods back, in the event these amounts will be deducted from the value of the compensation.
The storage of the goods in the courier depots due to non-receipt will be entirely at the buyer's expense.
